This is the best **soft density** down pillow I could find for the price. It was a gift for my mother and she loved it. Because this review is supposed to be about the product itself I did not deduct stars for the shipping. It shipped via 2-day DHL and she did not receive it for a week after the online tracking est. arrival date.
